About the size of a large grapefruit, the MB5 Massage Ball provides relief to those areas difficult to target with a foam roller, such as tight shoulders, hips and the inner thighs.
It’s specifically designed to address the deeper tissues in the large muscle groups that become tight due to repetitive movement and sitting. The layered construction made up of different densities offers varying levels of pressure to break up adhesions, stimulate blood flow and restore mobility.
Available in Lime/Black, Red/Charcoal.
My Experience With The
MB5 Massage Ball
The ball is lightweight, and both soft and firm at the same time—easy to pack in your gym bag, or take on vacation.
There are two useful MB5 videos you watch as you use the ball on your tight areas. Firstly, to release tight shoulders and lats…
My shoulders felt fine, but I could feel my lats were tight and were a little painful to roll out—the MB5 really hit the spot though.
Next to unlock tight hips…
I can see the MB5 will be really beneficial for people who sit down all day, particularly office workers. As a Personal Trainer, I’m on my feet all day, so I didn’t feel much tension around my glutes.
However, my inner thighs do get really tight near my groin, and there’s just no way to reach it with a foam roller—it’s difficult to self-massage . This MB5 ball is the only thing I’ve found that can help to release it.
I can see that I’m going to be using this handy little ball most days 🙂
